Wang Xinfang (Senior Judge of Class I) was born in June 1957. Holding a bachelor's degree in Law, Wang Xinfang took a job in 1975, ever serving as assistant judge, judge, deputy presiding judge, presiding judge, member of the judicial committee, vice-president and member of the CPC Leading Group of Shanghai Jing'an District People's Court, member of the Standing Committee of CPC of Jing 'an District, secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, director of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Committee, vice president, member of the CPC Leading Group and member of the Judicial Committee of Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court, the president, secretary of the CPC Leading Group and member of the judicial committee of Huangpu District People's Court of Shanghai. She now is President, Secretary of the CPC Leading Group, member of the Judicial Committee, and judge of Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court. |

Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court was formally established on July 1, 1995. The court is located at No. 567 North Zhongshan Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai. The Court has 20 departments. Now, it has a total of 552 personnel, among which 518 hold Bachelor's Degree or above, accounting for 93.8% of the total number of staff, including 13 with PHD and 231 with Master’s degree, accounting for 44.2% of the total. |

Honors |
In recent years, the Court has been named as the first 'National Model Unit in Court Culture Building' and the 'National Model Court in Judicial Publicity' by the Supreme People’s Court, and was appointed by the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Central Committee of the CPC as one of the first 'National Contact Unit for Building the Culture of Clean and Honest Government in China'. Besides, it was named as one of first 'Demonstrative Unit in the Culture of Clean and Honest Government' in Shanghai by the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Shanghai, the Publicity Department of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, and the Supervision Bureau of Shanghai, and was awarded with the 'National Model Workers' Home' by All-China Federation of Trade Unions. The Court has educated a number of model collectives and individuals such as the 'National Model Collective in Trial Work of Intellectual Property Cases' for the Civil Tribunal V, the 'National Model Post in Protecting Rights of Elderly' for the Civil Tribunal I, one of the 'China Top Ten Excellent Judges' Yuan Yuequan, the 'National Model Judge' Wang Zhaohui, and the 'National Model Court Worker in Case Handling' Qiao Beihua. |
