SFC set up a special team for quick trial of simple cases

In order to promote the pilot reform of streamlining the civil procedures, the Shanghai Financial Court (SFC) has set up a special team for quick trial of simple cases. A few days ago, the court held a meeting to announce the appointment of members of the special team. Lin Xiaonie, member of the Party Leadership Group and vice president of the SFC, expressed his wishes for the special team: one, to speed up team integration; two, to enhance the awareness of reform; three, to improve the efficiency of trial; four, to ensure the quality of case handling; five, to stick to clean governance. He also hoped that all members in the Case Filing Chamber could realize that the establishment of the special team is an important measure taken by the SFC to serve and guarantee the pilot reform of streamlining the civil procedures, and that they should support the reform and engage in it by supporting the special team. The court should work as a whole, with clear division of labor and close cooperation.
