On the afternoon of September 16, 2021, Pudong Court held a public hearing on the first administrative IP case involving geographical indication and delivered a verdict in court. Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of Pudong Court, presided over the hearing. More than 170 leading cadres from Shanghai Party Institute of CPC, Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, and various commissions, offices, bureaus, administrative committees, subdistricts and towns of Pudong New Area attended the hearing together.
