


On the afternoon of May 16, the Shanghai High People's Court held the Shanghai University of Political Science and Law session of the ¡°Shanghai Courts Expert Delegation to Universities¡± Lecture Event. Cao Jie, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the SHPC, and Liu Xiaohong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, attended the event. Wang Liqiu, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Head of the Political Department of the SHPC, introduced the lecture event. Faculty members and students from the Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, as well as representatives from the Shanghai Public Security Bureau, Shanghai People's Procuratorate, Shanghai courts, and the lawyers association, participated in the event and listened to the lectures.
At the event, Wang Liqiu and Liu Xiaohong jointly launched the ¡°Shanghai University of Political Science and Law Session of the ¡°Shanghai Courts Expert Delegation to Universities¡± Lecture Event. Cao Jie delivered a keynote speech titled Exploration and Reflections on the Substantive Resolution of Administrative Disputes based on judicial cases. She elaborated on the characteristics and current situation of administrative litigation, the necessity of substantive resolution of administrative disputes, the exploration and practice of substantive resolution, and reflections on related issues.
Following this lecture, Fang Zhengjie, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of Qingpu Court, Cao Kerui, Chief Judge of the Commercial Division of the SHPC, and Huang Boqing, Chief Judge of the Criminal Division of the Shanghai First Intermediate People's Court, delivered lectures on topics such as judicial safeguards for the low-altitude economy, legal application thinking in litigation, and criminal trials, respectively.
