On
the afternoon of November 5, the Shanghai High People's Court, together with
the China Institute for Rule-oriented Business Environment, the Shanghai
Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Shanghai Bar Association, the Shanghai
Arbitration Association, and the Shanghai Association of Bankruptcy
Administrators, jointly held the launching event of the Cooperation Mechanism
to Promote the Rule-of-Law-Based Business Environment in Shanghai Courts. Lin
Xiaonie, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the
Shanghai High People's Court, attended the launching event and jointly signed
the Memorandum on Establishing the Cooperation Mechanism for Enhancing the
Rule-of-Law-Based Business Environment in Shanghai Courts with
representatives of the participating organizations.
Vice
President Lin Xiaonie stated that the signing of this memorandum is an
innovative initiative that fully integrates the strengths of judicial
adjudication, theoretical research, and enterprise outreach. It holds
significant importance for fostering sound interaction between government and
enterprises, enhancing efficient cooperation between courts and academic
institutions, and pragmatically addressing complex issues in the practice of
improving the business environment. All participating parties shall work
together to jointly build the mechanism, serve and support the implementation
of major strategies, and continuously offer suggestions and insights to improve
the rule-of-law-based business environment. They shall address common issues
collectively to strengthen the follow-up and evaluation of the
rule-of-law-based business environment's effectiveness, and continuously
enhance enterprises' sense of gain and satisfaction. They shall collaborate to
create synergies, promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of the
cooperation mechanism, and build a model brand for cross-sector collaboration.
