On February 10, the Shanghai High People¡¯s Court (SHPC) held a press conference on the development of a rule-of-law business environment in 2026. Lin Xiaonie, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the SHPC, attended the press conference, together with the heads of the Commercial Division and the Legal Publicity Division of the SHPC.

At the press conference, the SHPC briefed the public on the progress made in developing a rule-of-law business environment in 2025 and the main contents of the action plan for 2026. It released the Action Plan for Developing the Rule-of-Law Business Environment in Shanghai Courts (2026) and typical cases and exemplary practices in this field, and answered questions from journalists.
