On the afternoon of June 23, the Lin-gang Special Area Circuit Trial Station of the Shanghai Financial Court was officially inaugurated at the Lin-gang Special Area International Affairs Center and commenced its first court hearing. Chen Jinshan, Standing Member of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Lin-gang Special Area, and Director of the Lin-gang Special Area Administration, Jia Yu, Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group and President of the High People¡¯s Court of Shanghai Municipality (Shanghai High People¡¯s Court), and Zhu Changyun, Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee conducted inspection visits to the circuit trial station and delivered remarks. Yang Zhengwei, Member of the Party Working Committee of the Lin-gang Special Area and Executive Deputy Director of the Lin-gang Special Area Administration, together with Zhao Hong, Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group and President of the Shanghai Financial Court, jointly unveiled the plaque for the circuit trial station. Also present at the event were members of the Shanghai Financial Court¡¯s Leading Party Members Group, deputies to the Shanghai Municipal People¡¯s Congress, members of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People¡¯s Political Consultative Conference, corresponding heads of departments from the Shanghai High People¡¯s Court, the Lin-gang Special Area Administration, and the Shanghai Financial Court, and representatives of the media.

At the event, the Shanghai Financial Court released the White Paper on Financial Adjudication Involving the Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (2019¨C2025).
