On July 29, the Shanghai High People¡¯s Court (SHPC) and the PLA Shanghai Military Court jointly launched the ¡°Legal Services for Military Camps¡± and Military Day event. Jia Yu, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of the SHPC, led a delegation to Unit 91306. The delegation observed first-hand the spiritual ethos and military bearing of the distinguished unit, aiming to address the legal needs of the military with precise judicial services. Lu Weimin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the SHPC, Wang Liqiu, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the SHPC Political Department, and Hu Yongjun, President of the PLA Shanghai Military Court, together with relevant leading officials from both courts, attended the event.

During the activity, President Jia Yu presented legal publications, namely Minor Cases with Major Principles and Shanghai Judicial Practice, to Unit 91306. Judges from Shanghai courts provided one-on-one legal consultations to military officers and soldiers on issues such as duty-related protection, consumer rights, and personal and property rights. The activity helped military personnel foster sound legal thinking and use the law to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
