On August 13, a new book release and exchange for ¡°The Art of Case Handling: Practical Wisdom Beyond Algorithms¡± (edited by Jia Yu, the Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group and President of Shanghai High People¡¯s Court; and written by over 50 key judicial personnel of Shanghai High People¡¯s Court) was held at the Shanghai Book Fair. The event was jointly organized by the Shanghai High People¡¯s Court and China Legal Publishing House. Wang Liqiu, a member of the Leading Party Members Group and head of the Political of the Shanghai High People¡¯s Court, and Fei Xianghong, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Legal Publishing House, attended the event and delivered speeches.
       Wang Liqiu pointed out that the new book is an important manifestation of Shanghai courts¡¯ achievements in adhering to their core mission of trial, summarizing practical experiences, cultivating professional teams, and promoting the trial capacity modernization. Taking the book release as an opportunity, Shanghai courts will continue to deepen judicial practice and bravely explore the new path for reform, contributing more wisdom and strength to building a higher-level rule of law in China
