On December 27, 2024, the Shanghai Third Intermediate People's Court (Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and Shanghai Railway Transportation Intermediate Court) held a press conference to issue the Implementation Opinions of the Shanghai Third Intermediate People's Court (Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and Shanghai Railway Transportation Intermediate Court) on Enhancing "Four Functions" and Creating "Four Paradigms" (2025-2027) (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Opinions").
